It's always good to reflect on life and the good things in it. During the hectic pace of modern life, it can be easy to take for granted all the good things we have. Your post just reminded me to take stock and do that now. So thank you.

I am very blessed I never forget that but right now life is not good this lupus has me down ! This has been the worst flare I've had !but I am grateful everyday to just wake up!
