Referral bonus

I recently helped a friend get signed up with Fusion. I was there as he signed up and verified his email address. The user name is wingeddgraon225. When I check my referrals, it says I've been credited for a completed offer that isn't in my accounts list of payouts. There is also no indication that I've been credited for the $1 dollar referral after email verification. Just wondering if there is an error involved here. If someone could look into this for me and let me know.

You probably want to open a support ticket and ask why. Perhaps, it takes a while. Did he sign up from his home computer? If he signed up from your computer or a work computer or a mobile, that may not count.

I have had only one person sign up years ago using my link and I did get my dollar but she did not remain active.

Thanks for the reply. It was at his home, on his computer so there should be any complication with being the same isp. And I actually watched him go to his email and confirm. Also was there as he verified his phone. And was there as he completed his first PTC, and videos for next day participation. So he is confirmed and active at the moment. So, not sure I am understanding the posting under my referrals. This is what I see when I see my referrals.
