 I did that in my younger days but now I don't spend any more time in the sun than I have to. I try to get my mowing or other outside chores done early or in the evening.

who likes to tan in your backyard
I'm afraid of skin cancer, so I don't deliberitly lay out in full sum, but I do get a little from swimming and walking and gardening.  Aren't you afraid of skin cancer????? :bunny:

another pasty redhead here. i've had to slather myself
in spf 50 block my entire life  :sad1:  it also enhances
the freckles, which i don't like.

the sun just doesn't like me, and that feeling is beyond mutual  :bs:

I don't seem to tan even if I put forth the effort, so I've basically abandoned the thought as a waste of time.  :P

I think pale skin looks prettier, personally, and I don't want skin cancer.
My younger sister likes to tan a lot so we stand next to each other and look in the mirror and feel good about our appearances, haha.
...and then I tell her I will not pity her when her skin looks like beaten leather when she gets old.
