Support Tickets...

So it's my understanding that if you complete and offer but do not get credited, you can take out a support ticket and possibly receive credit (correctly if I'm wrong.) If that is correct, how long must I wait to report it? Also, On the support page, if I click "No Credit for My Completed Offer" from the "Topic" drop-down menu, I just get forwarded to the offers page. What should/can I do?
