I used to have a co worker who always snoozed after lunch, at her table. She used to say it was her power nap.

I can't believe someone would nap at work.

I wouldn't think they'd get away with it.
Opinion: 1) a view, judgment, or appraisal formed in the mind about a particular matter 2) belief stronger than impression and less strong than positive knowledge

Very very rarely am I tired enough to take naps. Which is great. Whenever I wake up from one, since I was a teenager, I feel like absolute death. My body feels like it has the flu, I have no idea of the time or day. Ugh. No naps for me.

Napping at work is not good. But I think companies should allow for nap time ..like 15 minutes.  Just work a little longer to make up for it.
