videos not crediting?

Sometimes it takes a while for some of the videos to credit. I do not know if all my videos credited yesterday or today but I had a lot of videos and most, if not all, credited.

It might have been a temporary glitch. Hopefully, your videos have now begun to credit. If not, try using another browser as the previous poster suggested.

Unsure what your problem may be.  For the past several days the list of videos has been awesome, and with some that can be repeated over and over, I am making more than my normal amount by far.  Great Christmas present, Fusion.  Keep it up for awhile.

I have had no luck with the timed videos the last couple of days (since they added descriptions and said you could do them multiple times a day).  Also my half cent video are now not loading, just a blank screen.  Same computer, tried 2 different browsers (they have been cleaned)  nothing has changed on my end.  I hat having a page full and all I can get to credit are the arthritis videos.  I also have a bunch that say "no longer available".

That is too bad because I have been doing well with videos especially the timed vides and the ones that can be done multiple times a day. Is HyprMX available and crediting? One day, I made close to 50 cents just watching videos. It is a good way to begin my day while drinking my coffee and trying to wake up.

I am using chrome if that will help you. 

I suggest that if they do not work today, you open a support ticket. Maybe, administrator can help.

So frustrating when they were working before and now nothing.  I have tried many of the videos yesterday and today and have not been credited at all.  Trying to build up cash before I cash out.  May just wait until next month.

I see that this post is from December 13th but I am having this same problem today.  It is the videos like the Watch this Content type that can be completed multiple times.  When I had them at 3 cents they credited with very little problem but now that they are at 1 cent I can hardly get them to credit at all.  Pretty frustrating

I've had that happen to me before. I think sometimes it's the system acting up whenever the videos aren't crediting. You may need to try logging off the system and logging back on, that may help.

Sometimes it takes a while for them to credit rare occasions a day or two and other times not at all which is my case lol with the exception of hyper videos

I didn't try on the 31st but if I had I would have said cause to slow down on cash outs.

I watched 10 videos on the Website Carousel this morning, and did not get credit for any of them.  I know it is not because it hasn't been 24 hours, as I did not turn my computer on yesterday.  What's going on???  Please advise.
