do you tip

Well I have never tipped the mailman.  I mean postal employees make a lot of money and I am on a small pension and disability - I do tip people that do my nails and or hair when I can afford to go but I wonder about that even - I tip servers even when I get a to go order because I have to have people help me get the food out to the car because of mobility issues.  I don't see any reason to tip mail men?
