Is Support Backed Up?

Is FC support backed up or something? I sent in a support ticket a few days ago, and haven't heard anything. And other people I know haven't heard back either on their support tickets. I wonder if everyone went on vacation for the holidays, or what.

I'd say it's probably partly because of the holiday, and partly because it's the last week of the month.

Trying to get everyone credited for bonuses and keep the site running fairly smooth keeps them hopping.
