Virtual Assistant for a year
« on: October 22, 2015, 01:56:09 pm »
I've been a virtual assistant for a year now. I was laid off last month. Right now I am looking for jobs at home. Anyone know of any similar jobs that are at home?

You could check on Humanatic, but I think you need a referral from a current member to get accepted. They review phone calls for companies.

This is interesting. Do you mind detailing some of the job requirements? I've always been on the lookout for something I can do from home, due to my anxiety, depression, and physical health problems. Have you thought about data entry? Or transcribing? That might or might not be up your alley. :)

Thanks for your help. I have been applying to jobs about once a week. I have completed a few gigs on freelancing websites as well. However, I need something that is going to give steady paychecks. I have completed transcribing a few times, but no data entry. I will keep trying.

There are plenty. You can google it, check indeed.com, craigslist, dice.com, and plenty other websites. Dice.com is especially helpful if you have a college degree, you can find jobs local, or if you want to take a risk, jobs in another state.
