amx survey
« on: September 25, 2015, 01:21:05 pm »
got an invitation for a survey for fushion cast. it had no title, just a number.  when i got to last page, even though it still was showing my last answer, it said the survey has ended.  does that mean it was successful?  does that mean i was disqualified? does it mean my computer was too slow to load?  guess i'll wait and see.  just never ended a survey that way.

It's always comforting to get a written notice at the end, stating that you completed the survey and will get your reward. However, just because you didn't get that written notice, doesn't necessarily mean that you won't get your compensation.  All surveys are different.  I hope it shows up for you!

Go to your account page and see if you got credit.  If you do not see the credit, there is a link at the top of the account page that will allow you to click on and see every offer you attempted. You will have to scroll down to the very end and the survey you just completed will be at the very end.  See what it says. If it says not qualified or over quota and you were paid one cent, nothing can be done.  But if you did not get the one cent, you can open a support ticket.

I went to the account page and here is the sentence and link:  "If you haven't been credited for one or more offers you completed, please read the offer crediting information page. You can also look at a list of all of the offers you have clicked"

and after this sentence will be the link for you to click on. Remember that you need to scroll to the bottom of the page to get to the survey you just took.

I would love to know what happens.

I dont see it listed anywhere. so i dont know.  maybe it is the FC Survey: Survey 196259.  I do believe it is.  not credited.  so doesnt that mean it still can credit?  the sponsor may not have credited it yet.

It is upsetting when you get to the end and you know you completed it, but you never get paid. This happens more than I would like. I think you should get paid for all of them.
