2 cent Schick videos error message

I keep getting an error message for these.

It opens to blank screen with "An error has occurred" and then it gives a ticket number for the error.

I got the same thing and there were a lot of these video's, all saying the same thing?    Finally I got one to play and credit1 !  ( Just one mind you)

If you've cleared your cookies and all, along with trying different browsers then it may just be the video. I haven't seen this one yet and will give it a try if I see it. I have completed it on another site with no problems, but it may be a link that needs to be fixed. Hopefully all will be corrected soon.

I am getting the same message. I am assuming that the videos have not yet gone live. It may be that FC is still negotiating with the advertiser and the deal has not been finalized.

I got those same error messages at first. Yesterday and the day before I was able to do a bunch of them. I haven't tried them today though. I was able to do them on FF and Microsoft Edge.

I finally got them to play, and was able to do a whole bunch of them.  Haven't seen them in the last couple of days, but they finally worked for me.
