I keep seeing posts (especially about surveys) complaining about not getting paid or getting disqualified or not enough offers, but why can't people just appreciate what they give us for free (which is plenty) and stop discouraging others from staying around a bunch of whiners?
The rules are clear:
2. Respect our advertisers -- Do not discuss cancellation or post disparaging remarks
This is a big one. We rely on the relationship between ourselves and the advertisers and companies we work with to be able to bring you the best offers that are out there. We need our members to understand that the advertisers are paying you to be a member.
Stop biting the hand that feeds you, even a dog knows better than that.
For you to say that we are given anything on this, or any site like this "for free" is flat out wrong and, quite frankly, very naive on your part. You may not feel like your time is worth anything but I sure do. When you go to a 9 to 5 job and get your paycheck at the end of the week are they giving you anything for free? No, they are not. Sites like this are a job, just like working at McDonald's or Wal-mart. Actually, these sites are harder than working a full-time job. You are spending your time, here or at a fast food joint, doing a job and you have every right to expect to get paid for doing that job. When a survey company allows someone to complete a survey and then disqualify them at the very end, that is not right. If an offer promises that it will credit after you provide your valid information and it never does, that is not right. They have promised you something in return for something else. When you fulfill your end of the bargain, it is only right that a partner or advertiser, fulfill theirs. There is absolutely nothing wrong with someone warning other members to avoid a particular survey or to avoid an offer that does not credit. Warning someone of a shady offer or faulty survey is not "discouraging" anyone from anything. It is providing them with information so they can make an informed choice as to whether to invest the time in whatever offer/survey is in question or not. It is making this site safer to use. How many of these "you go boy, tell those whiners to shut up!" people have taken information provided by the "bad guys" and used it so they don't "waste their own time"? I'd say quite a few.
If I spend 45 minutes working on a survey (and every one of them IS WORK) and then they disqualify me at the end with the very same demographic information that qualified me to start the survey you can sure bet I'm going to "whine" about it. I support anyone else who wants to "whine and complain" as well as
they have every right to do so. You seem to forget that when I get cheated in an offer I'm not the only one who loses. As is said so many times on this forum, I don't get paid, Fusion Cash doesn't get paid. And when they lose, everyone loses. It costs them to run this site. When they don't make money because a survey partner or offer doesn't pay me or another user, that will trickle down to you. Every time you load a page on this site it costs Fusion Cash money. It costs them just to have their domain name so you have an easy to remember URL to type in to get here. They will have to change the way they do things to make up for lost revenue from unpaid offers and that will affect everyone. The time my "whining" saves you from having to find out the hard way that that 45 minute survey will not credit or such and such offer doesn't credit means you can be working on something that does function like it should. You get paid. Fusion Cash gets paid and the site stays pleasant and
SAFE to use. Fusion Cash isn't the only site where non-paying surveys and no-crediting offers happen. And this is not the only site where the "whiners and complainers" are voicing their concerns. I respect the rules here and at every site I am a member of. I also respect my fellow members and respect them enough to not want them to go through the same negative experiences I have if all possible.
I notice, oldbuddy, that you also left a critical part of the rule you quoted out of your post:
Please do offers that you are interested in, and not just do them because it has a 20 dollar payout. I hear people all the time whining about an offer that did not credit, but if they were truly interested in the offer it would not be that big of a deal because they wanted the product/service to begin with and the cash they get back from that is just something on the side. As long as you respect our advertisers, you may state your honest opinion of them – saying "This offer sucks!" or "This offer is a scam!" is not an honest opinion since it is speaking out of anger.
What if I break this rule? You will be banned for a minimum of 7 days.
Saying an offer did not credit is stating fact and an honest fact. If something doesn't credit, it doesn't credit. Not getting paid is not getting paid. Saying so is not being angry, mean, a bad apple, a whiner (to call someone a whiner for stating his/her honest feelings is quite offensive, actually) or a complainer. It's being honest. For a user to say that they spent a lot of time working on something and that they felt cheated is still being respectful. It's also giving an honest opinion. If a user starts using profanity, hate speech or other like speech then the line has been blatantly crossed.
And where do you draw the line? I have had offers by certain partners lead me to sites that have caused me problems. On another site, I tried an offer that I was genuinely interested in. Thanks to that genuine interest, I was rewarded with ransomware on my computer. Do you have any idea how frustrating and difficult it is to deal with that? I've had dozens and dozens of offers that my anti-virus have flagged as malware. I've opted to watch videos and have had adult material come up on my screen. Is it "whining or complaining" for me (or anyone else who experiences this) to warn other users about that partner and their offers; to use them with caution? I don't think so because that is keeping users safe. I sure wish someone who might have had the bad experience with the ransomware had whined and complained before I tried the offer. Would have saved me a lot of hard work, a lot of time and a lot of trouble.
You get nothing in this life for free except the air that you breathe. Not everyone enjoys willingly taking the kicking some of these partners/advertisers love to give out. Even a dog knows better than that.
