Hello everyone,

I made my post here: http://www.fusioncash.net/forum.php?topic=71148.0 outraged by my denied cashout permanently.

I was wondering if anyone could supply me with a direct email address or phone number to any sort of customer service for FuscionCash (if they exist).

Through support tickets alone I had to wait 1-2 weeks for a response and it was a simple one lined denying me of my payments permanently and then closing the ticket so that I could not even respond.

I responded on your first post about this problem. I am sorry to have to say this again but something about this situation sounds fishy.  I have read your posts and responses. It is a little too complicated and too technical for me to fully understand but something about what you have done or are doing sounds like a con.

Fusion Cash must feel the same way and they possibly / probably know much more than I ever will but that is why they will not pay you and are not responding to your support ticket or your claims.

This is a really wonderful site. It is not perfect but it is legit and up and up.

Sorry if it sounds that way to you but in no way am I trying to "con" anybody. And yes I'd love to continue to refer to the site and use it myself but that seems impossible now.

I think the support staff at FC is rather small and your situation sounds awfully complicated. They aren't cheating you, they are doing their due diligence and looking into the situation.

It would be in your best interest to read the Terms of Service for this site to make sure you follow all the clearly stated rules. There is a link to the TOS at the bottom of every FC page.

I am fully aware and technically due to the mistake one rule was indeed broken. I am simply asking for some understanding of the matter- was a one-click mistake and now my $600 + residual income from 400+ referrals is forever gone.

I'm sorry this has happened to you.  But it's our responsibility to be sure things are correct when we sign up, not FC's.  I hope you can get things straightened out.

I get your frustration.  What I do not understand is how you "accidently" violated the FC "TOS"?       And  400+   referrals!  WOW!
