I have done several and I usually got credit as soon as I played the required amount of games it asked for. Some I never received credit for, I assumed I didn't do everything I was asked to do to get credit. You may want to go back and re-read the rules for the game or games and make sure you followed everything they asked you to do. Honestly I never went back and checked to see why I didn't get credit for the ones I didn't.
