Has anyone done acupuncture?

I got a deal from Groupon and the place is just up the street from me.  I actually bought it last year but didn't go.  This time I'm going.  I've never had it done.  What are your experiences?

I've always wanted to, but never had the opportunity to do so. I hear it's great in stimulating bloodflow to the affected area(s). It's definitely worth a shot.

I never have BUT we did it on our first dog as he was having major problems walking for a while and it greatly helped him.

no but my dr has recommended i try it for my back...i did do a sacro crannial massage..weird because dr doesnt even moved their hands...they touch pressure points

I had it done a couple of times on my back, it felt funny but not bad, of course if it hurt i didn't know about as my back was in terrible shape and hurting so back i would have knot known it. But it did seem to help a lot. Was going to have her do it some more,but her husband got transferred so i never looked for another one. Just went to the chiropractor  and have been going ever since.

I had carpal tunnel surgery done on my left hand . I also need on my right hand and would love to try acupuncture instead. Many people have said they have had acupuncture for various things including carpal tunnel and have had success. Again I would like to try it.

I've never had it done, but I would be willing to.  I've heard great things, hope it works out nicely for you too.
