Congratulations.  Whenever I sell something...

I experience a sense of freedom because I don't like being tied down to a lot of material things.
Have a great day!

Well best of luck to you - look at it like an adventure.  I understand about the neighbor thing - I don't have neighbors where I live now that you can see anyway.  There are people "up the road" but in the past we never had good neighbors always some kind of weird or mean people.  I don't miss neighbors at all.  Again, good luck to you hope you find an awesome new home !

I want to sell my house and move closer to where my daughter lives.  I thought I had it sold, but the man backed out on me because his son decided to go back to school to get his masters degree.

Congratulations on selling your home! The market, in our area, rebounded for about four months during the summer with much higher prices than pre-bubble. It slowed down for about two months but then picked up again last month. We have a sixteen year old sophomore in high school and intend on staying in the house for another twenty eight months. We have set our goal on selling the house in July of 2017 and have started making little repairs and upgrades here and there. We have been in this house for twelve years and have begun to purge all of the garbage that we thought we might use someday. We have also cut back on buying junk for the house that will only end up being clutter in the long run.
