OK, so I have asthma, and I'm always looking for ways to improve my breathing.
I read somewhere that singing can increase your lung capacity, and help you breathe better.
I decided to try it, thinking it couldn't hurt.

So today, I'm sitting, working on the computer, and just singing away, not really paying attention.
And then, I realized what I was singing.

Out of all the songs I know, from 58 years of listening to music, what song comes out first?

"Ninety-nine bottles of beer on the wall, ninety nine bottles of beer..."   

Well, whatever!  At least you were giving your lungs a workout!  More power to you and your lungs, paints!  LOL.

funny about the song...did the singing help any..i hope so...i know i can get a song in my head and it will calm me down...love the 70s music.rock steady is the one that usually stays in my head for some reason...
