I get that, too.  I'm just assuming those surveys are no longer available or there's a problem with the redirection of the web page.

It may be a glitch or, maybe, there are too many persons online. Maybe the internet is overloaded. Give it some time or another day and probably everything will be just fine. Try a different browser.
