Fibromyalgia friends

Do you notice an increase of fibro pain since it is colder now. I have had a lot of neck, shoulder and
back pain this week. I have been doing ice treatments at work and trying to lay down earlier at
night.

yes the cold weather makes it twice as bad --everytime the weather changes my body goes in to fits --

This week has been awful for me, i had to use a ice pack all day at work and home yesterday. I told some medicine
and just tried to relax yesterday evening.😂💤

It's not Fibromyalgia for me, but arthritis.  When it's cold, I often wish I had a little cottage in a small town where it's warm year round.  This Arthritis kicks butt when it's giving me back and knee pains.
