Yes, not only can you get sick to your stomach but you can get other serious sickness as well. I have to keep looking at someone who I feel in my heart is making me very ill.

I think "you make me sick to my stomach" are words people use to express disgust.  Can they literally make you sick to your stomach if you're just looking at them?  I don't think so.  You'd have to have a pretty weak stomach, LOL.

Sure...if seeing them brings up a lot of bad memories...or seeing some of the characters that are created in movies...the ones that crawl out of the grave and such make me sick

Yep. I would have to pretend that the person was not there i.e. invisible. That's the way I deal with disgusting people. :-X

Yes, it's definitely more of a mental thing I think but absolutely.  Our emotions and physical bodies are connected.

I never felt that repelled to a single individual, but I'm sure it's possible. If there are emotional ties or potential trauma connected with the other person, I can see this stirring up issues with a person.

Definitely possible. That's why people with stomach conditions (like myself) have their symptoms triggered so badly when they're stressed or anxious. I don't think I've felt this way about a person seriously, but some things some people in my life have done certainly have made me feel sick to my stomach. A lot of shady actions going on!!!!

As others have noted, anxiety or strong emotions like disgust can impact how your digestive system works.  Those feelings cause your body to generally tense up, particularly in your chest and core.  And the tighter your muscles contract, the greater liklihood your stomach will have some degree of negative reaction.  Either nausea, upset stomach, or even those times where people indicate they "threw up in their mouth a bit" as a reaction to something.

If you only have bad memories related to that person, then yes, you can feel sick to your stomach every time you see them.
