Eating Healthy
« on: October 21, 2014, 02:33:16 am »
I've been trying to make my diet healthier lately.I've been making myself some Miso soup several times a week.Anyone else tried it?I buy the broth ready made at whole foods and add some organic long grain brown rice, potatoes, carrots and kale and it comes out very well!

I hear traditional Miso soups include wakame, but it's extremely difficult to find.I did try Wakame salad, and it was pretty good.

Google JediJohnnie and May the Force be with you!

I started doing that a few years ago. I believe my body enjoys the healthy snack.

Take care of your health and live longer.  Avoid junk food and exercise regurlarly. Miso soups look good. Try to add some tofu cubes.

I heard Miso soup is really good for you. I love avocados, when I have them I eat them constantly. They help you feel full longer. I really like fish as well, especially the kind that doesn't have any breading on them. It's just the fish.
