Dark spots on the skin

Anyone using a cream or has a home remedy to use for dark spots anywhere on the body?

I have heard that yogurt with vinegar helps but I've never tried it.

      But... why those dark brown spots? Is it something internal or external?

Yeah.  It's funny that I saw this.  I have become extremely concerned in my health and it brought me to some incredible products.  I don't have any such spots myself but I know quite a few woman who are raving about this lotion lightening and removing their dark spots.
