my computer gets hot when I use Radio Loyalty
« on: August 03, 2014, 10:54:28 am »
I know this sounds weird and it just started doing it in the past week, but my computer gets hot when I use radio loyalty.  I have been watching closely to make sure, when I turn RL off  then it cools down.   ??? ???  anybody got any suggestions?  It still gets hot even when I have only RL open and nothing else.  I can run other programs with multiple windows open and its fine.  Thanks for any suggestions... :peace:

I was banned from RL like a month ago and still don't know why?   But i do believe RL causes bugs in your PC! Don't miss RL

I really don't know what Radio Loyalty might have to do with your computer getting too hot.  It could be just a coincidence but, your computer getting hot is usually not good news.  Is it a desktop computer?  If it is, when was the last time you opened up the case and gave it a good vacuuming (carefully, of course)?  It could be tons of dust on the inside making your hardware work even harder.  It could also be a fan going out.

it is a laptop, I thought the same thing and opened the one compartment that I could get to easily and it was clean, guess I need to open up the whole thing, if I can figure out how.  lol  my desktop computer is needing a fan, so I will get that back up and running before I tackle the laptop just in case.  I don't want to be without one or the other.  Thanks for your suggestion... :peace:

Try putting your hand near the fan vents.  If you feel hot air blowing, the fan is working.  If you feel just a bit of air blowing or don't feel any air blowing at all through the vent, it could mean your fan's gone or that it could use a nice cleaning.  Try doing a search on the internet on how to clean the fan for your particular brand and model of laptop.  I bet you'll find something!  Good luck!!  :)

Rl does have banner ads which some are in fact tracker cookies and other nuisances which cause a pc to slow down. A good malware program will clear that up along with ad blocker plus to prevent it from anything from there adding onto your pc which you don't know about
