Youtube Video Frame

The video frame (Youtube video window) is not appearing at all, making some of these videos unwatchable

The videos looks like that when you are not the age or gender they are targeting for the video. You won't be able to get the video to load unless you are in the demographic they are looking for.

When not the correct age/gender I usually get a black screen with a message saying the video is restricted.  I get this fairly often and I right click right below the banner go down the list  to "This Frame" > "Reload This Frame".  Normally it will load on the first re-try but occasionally I have had to do multiple times.
