Pharmacy Card??

Has anyone done this offer and received credit?  I've done it twice and haven't received credit at all!!  What's the secret to this one???

I did it a couple days ago and didn't get credit, but I wasn't able to print the card.  My printer isn't working.  Did you print the card?  Same with the coupon sites, I think you have to actually print.  Has anyone printed any of these and got credit?

I did this one awhile back and got credit for it. I didn't do anything special, just filled it out.

I tried this one several times and never received any credit for it.

I got credited for this offer pretty quickly.  It was one of the easier offers for me....

Wow i have done this one 3 times and printed the card. I have never received credit for it. I put in a ticket and they said if i dont receive credit after 30 days oh well.

I did this one a while ago, and it credited no problem.

Done this one 4 times and still have not received credit for it.  I printed the card 2 of the times.
