However I then decided that I didn't like the quotation marks around the quote from PayPal, so I tried to modify it. However when I was ready to resubmit, an error was tossed saying that there was too many letters in all caps, and wouldn't let me post those changes (I also got the same error here before changing the url as noted above)... The only thing that I could see that might be causing this issue is that the url of the link uses several words that are all in caps. This message is being flagged incorrectly since it is tossing the error because of the url which is outside of my control (using lower-case in the url won't allow the link to connect properly). Although I understand trying to filter out when people type a post with their caps-lock on, the filter should also be more forgiving when writing a quote or url where the poster is copying exactly what was written on some different site.
