Struggling On A Word

Is there such word for the following example..

Someone Accusing you of something without technically saying it was your fault.. Or giving settle hints or examples how it is you and why it is you without actually saying you did it..

I have tried to seach google but i wonder if i am going about it the wrong way.. Is there such word? Or am i mixing this up with another word? I thought for a minute it was false accusation.. But they would have to be actually accusing you to be that word.. I am going crazy because i am stuck trying to figure out what word i am struggling on XD...
