Fantastic Service from FC!

I continue to be impressed by the efficiency and concern with which FusionCash operates this website.  I was looking for my daily cash email today and couldn't find it.  I decided to go to the forum to see if anyone else was having the same problem.  On the way to the forum, I got sidetracked and ended up at my "Account" page.  Low and behold!  In a big pink box at the top of my account page that was impossible to miss, I saw the message:

"Action Required: Your email address (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) is not receiving our messages. When attempting to send you an email, we encountered this error: Bad connection. Please update your email address, checking carefully for typographical errors. You should also confirm that the account is still active."

What a great service!  Now I know where the problem lies, and I do believe our Internet service provider is having problems due to recent storms in the area.  I received the same email from a friend in California eight times spread over several hours, and other emails have been duplicated.  Of course, I have no way of knowing what I'm NOT getting except as in the case of the FusionCash daily email. We have had power lines down and trees uprooted in the area.

Thank you FusionCash for being on top of things and offering the chance to update my address. FC goes above and beyond the call of duty!

I agree with the service, but sometimes I just don,t understand the vidioes.

Awesome, FC does have good customer service.  For instance, everyone including myself was experiencing problems w/the videos a few days ago.  Since communication in the forum etc, I've noticed the videos are working properly.  Thumbs up.

I have been with Fusion Cash for several years. FC was my first Get Paid To site. In my opinion, FC has improved and gotten more professional with time. It is one of the best sites of its kind, if not the best.

If You Ever Have A Problem, Just Fill Out A Support Ticket. I Had A Few Problems And They Always Help. Another Way Is Come To The Forum Page And Make A Post. You May Find Your Answer

I agree with you, we do get fantastic results from FusionCash. I don't think I will ever quit this survey site like I did with other ones which were not efficient.

I just joined FC at the end of May, and I submitted just one support ticket so far, but they replied me the next day and noticed what my issue is. How amazing FC is ! I will stick on FC as long as I can.

Yes, I agree the service is awesome and the forum posts are also very helpful, sometimes when I am having a problem I find the answers from just reading other's  posts.
