Hello admin I was denied my payment pic bonus for april. Denied 6/20/2014. I did not show the payment part. I did it wrong. I am unable to resubmit it or is it that we are only allowed to submit one time only. If you look at my payments you will see that I have not requested it but only once. Well here is what I did receive for April.

You might not follow the right direction. You should go to More on Earn cash page and then click get 1 dollar for payment pic then from there you can request the form and submit. please go to http://www.fusioncash.net/picturebonus.php and you will get all the information you need. Good luck!

You can only have one pending at a time so it's probably just best to move on to the next payment . Make sure you include all the necessary information and exclude any personal information(name, email, any account info, address, etc)

Thank you two for the info. I have moved on to the next one. I just wanted to let support know that I did make a mistake and was not trying to get a bonus for something I did not receive. I have sent a support ticket and here I just gave proof I actually did get a payment is all. Thanks again.

This month is the first time I have requested the picture payment bonus.  Ended up taking a picture of my computer screen with my phone because I did not know where the scn prnt is on my hp laptop.  Then I had to email the picture to my FB account then from there I was able to save the pic to my laptop.  WOW what alot to do for one dollar.  There has got to be an easier way to do it.  I hope they approve it.

You probably didn't edit out all identifying information through that method

I just open Paypal, prt sc(usually on the top right), paste into Paint, edit out name, email, etc, save then upload

It was much easier, when we could summit or picture every time we got paid.

I agree with you sdenimandlace1. Maybe FC can come up with a better way or at least give a person 3 chances to try and post if they get it wrong the first time. They just deny you and do not give a person a try to correct their mistakes. That seems unfair to not at least give a person a second chance. Maybe if we give suggestions.
