FC Survey trouble

I've never had any problems with FC Surveys until today.  Now every survey I click on gives me an error message saying that I've already completed it (even though I haven't).  I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

I get that message sometimes.   It happens randomly, and I can't figure it out.  Sometimes, when I clear my cookies and try again it works.

I am having the same problem today every time I click on a FC Survey...it says the survey has closed or I have already participated in it which I have not, so it looks like an error message

This Is The Message I Get When I Click On An FC Survey. Come On FC I Recommend You Guys All The Time. This Is By Far The Best Website Out there For Earning. Please Fix The FC Survey Problem. And Please , Get Rid Of The List Of Questions In The Beginning Of FC Surveys, I Think I Qualified For 1 Out Of The Last 28 FC Surveys

It has been a day that I　can't access any survey. hope FC fix this problem as soon as possible.

I was thrilled to see about 8 FC Surveys waiting for me when I logged in today however all of them said that the survey was now closed or that I was disqualified. Before today, for the odd survey I didn't qualify for the computer at least whurred away for a short while whilst it tried to qualify me, before DQ'ing me. Now it doesn't even do that. We go straight to the DQ page. What happened?

This has also happened to me today!  The only survey I could complete was
the commerical ad one, forget the rest of the fusion cash surveys, they all said I didn't qualify
or previously participated. I'm glad that at least I know now that I was not the only one this happened to today.

The same thing happened to me, saying i have taken the Survey already or i do not qualify, and this is for the Commercial Survey.

so I am not the only one!  was beginning to think it was my turn to have problems..haha..this all started yesterday evening..I was trying to make enough in the next couple months to buy a much needed washing machine, they will fix it soon!!  I have faith..

I have been getting those to. Or they have some type of icon just spinning. I have cleared my cookies out. Still doesn't help. I got a new computer and I cant search on this either

I got a lot of those today (6-21-14), and I also completed the FC Survey "Adult Beverages Study" for $1.00 (yes, I saved the completion page) and so far, I haven't gotten credited for it.  It appears things are slipping here a little bit.
