I play a lot of games on FB, if someone don't wanna get game request and ask me not to I un-friend them...I explain they can block game request and if they still complain I just remove them...

That is rather harsh lol

I've "unfollowed" a few people so that I don't see their posts in my newsfeed. I haven't unfriended any personal friends, but I have unfriended a few people that were money-making contacts, but not real friends, just to clean out my friends list.

I just ignore if they are always sending negative stuff.  I dont want to unfriend family, I like to watch the kids grow and see what is happening with them.  The other I just skim over, every once in a while they do put something on that is interesting.   I did unfriend a few people who were not family or really friends  that just wanted to post make money fast deals.

I have unfriended a few people before just because of the content of their posts, not because I was mad at them I just didn't agree with some of the things they did. It is like TV if you don't like what is on turn it off!

I only think I have unfriended one person, and I don't remember why, probably too negative or something...

Well I only add friends that are people I actually know which are relatives, classmates, ex coworkers and such. People that I know how they actually are. For people that post too much mess I just block their posts that way if I still want to contact them I can without having to see drama. I have enough of that in my life I don't need theirs too.

I used to add everyone I went to school with as a friend cause we had all graduated. But then it just turned into a bunch of people that I didn't care about and who prob didn't even realize we were friends posting things on FB and I missed all the posts from people I actually cared to read about. Plus there was so much drama all the time, it was depressing to go on FB. So I decided one day to clean up my FB and just delete all the people who I never spoke to in school and who I still didn't speak to me. Afterwards, was so much better. I got to see the posts from my friends and family that actually took the time to to talk to me. And then I ended up having to block my sister because she is just full of drama and everything on her life was a major catastrophe. And she was constantly getting into fights with everyone on FB. Today, I have about 100 friends that consist of the few friends I keep in touch with, my family, and my in laws. I no longer have to worry about posting family drama publicly, friends bashing each other, or updates of people that never took the time to get to know me.
