Funny thing is I was just having a conversation with my husband and sister about how she needed to drink less soda and more water to help clear her acne problem. And her reasons for preferring soda over water is that she didn't like the taste of water and didn't want to go to the bathroom every few minutes. But the soda she drinks contains diuretics so she's going to the bathroom more than usual anyways. And there are plenty of flavor enhancers to change the taste of water. I used to drink very little water and after I changed my eating habits I have felt so much better. I completely cut out soda and maybe have a small serving of it every couple of weeks or so. And to help with the water intake, I found it very easy to take in more water if I kept a water bottle near me. That way if I was in the middle of something and didn't want to get up to go get something, I already had the water there. This has also helped me with getting my 3 yr old to drink more water. When she's thirsty and the water is readily available, she goes for that instead of juice. PLus I keep her water in a bottle that she loves and knows to be hers.

I need to drink more water everyday, but I always forgot because I `m always busy, so I drink about 2 glass of water when I wake up in the morning.
