Can not be displayed in frames?

I own two traffic exchanges.

Placed my referral url in rotation.

Discovered that the site will not display in frames.

The frame allows a set time for the site to show.

Discovered that on other sites....also was not showing.

Wondered IF there was html or other code needed to
use this type of site....

Also wondered  if  is this a violation of TOS?
Have read ad re-read but no help.

Those sites have a code that prevents them from being viewed inside a frame. One option you can do, is create a splash page with your referral link, and advertise that splash page on traffic exchanges.
