some of you may be confused as to what that meant. We meet the collector, and the asghaurdians bring the item to him for safe keeping, then after they leave he says two down.

He is talking about the infinity stones. They are they stones that give the infinity gauntlet its power, and make it the ultimate killing machine, and whoever is Waring it practically invincible. And in the comics, Thanos wore it, and being that he is the big bad villian that the avengers will face in avengers 3 it makes sense that he is putting his gauntlet together for his dominance.

I love these kind of end credit scenes. I hate when I wait for ten minutes for the credits to end and see some stupid joke.
