Your story is funny.  We had flocks of different kinds of birds here.  Someone released hawks, now we have just a handful of birds.  I was sad with the birds as they tried to find their bird friends.  As I look at the hawks, actually I could feed them too.   :o

when we lived on the farm the peacocks would wake us every morning like alarm clocks they are so loud --they also made great watch dogs (birds) lol
