Depends on your body weight, and what you are eating for protein.  Meat is  of course protein, but since I don't always like beef I will eat some peanut buter instead, I really up to each person,.

I think it depends on if you have kidney issues also. I know my mother was on dialysis and she had to limit her protein. My favorite form of protein is chicken though.
