FC SURVEY

Why I click on the survey from FC survey and nothing show up? It been for several days. Is there something wrong with the system or its my own problem?

You might try a different browser and see if that helps. You can also log out and back in. Try rebooting your computer.

For the most part, my surveys are working fine but now and then, I click on a survey and get a blank page. I think that that means the survey is no longer available or not available to me.

I hope my suggestions help you. If the problem continues after doing the above, I would open a support ticket.

I hate it when I click on one that says I already completed it. NOT I know I did not.  I think a search engine keeps trying to fine one that meets your interest.  In that case if its smart enough to do that, then take it off my page.  God Bless

Sometimes if you don't qualify for a survey it will ask if you want to try for another survey and it will select one of those, so you maybe didn't PICK it, but you had attempted it without knowing.
