:( I have a really bad ear ache, but I want to try to do something at home before I pay to see a doctor. Does anyone have any ideas that you know will work?

I use a homeopathic product called Similasan for my eyes and they have a formula for earaches.  I would trust them.

When my grand daughter had an earache  I had her put a warm heating pad next to her ear until we could get into the doctor.  Good thing we went she had an infection and it is very important to get that looked at by a doctor. Good luck hun

My husband and I boil our ears out with proxide but you can use it to many times because it kills good bacteria as well as bad bactira

i use to get really bad earaches and this i learned from my mom if you take a little bit of baby oil or cooking oil and put it on a spoon and warm it up just enough to warm it and put a cotton ball to soak it up off the spoon and put it in your ear and leave it there for a little while it helps  or another trick is take a potato leave out on a plate for a little while then wrap it in a small towel wet the towel it works i no it sounds crazy but it does just a tip about the oil though the first time my mom did it she made the oil hotter then she thought and when she put it in my ear i screamed *bleep* murder so make sure it isn't to hot hope it helps

My daughter uses warm oil with garlic (not sure in what form) in it for her children and it works really well. You have to be very careful doing that though. Probably only use a very small amount. If I wanted to try it myself, I would research it online first.

I don't have any ear ache, except I can't hear out of left ear. It's been like that for almost 3 weeks.  Last night my wife used some hydrogen peroxide to kind a clean out some wax but I didn't get anything out. However My hearing is a little bit better but not quite normal how it was before. I could feel the bubbles inside when she added the hydrogen peroxide. Hope that helps.

When you have ear aches it usually means you have nasal congestion.  I asked this Pharmacist at Walgreen what would be good for an ear ache and he suggested buying this nasal decongestant. They worked beautifully.

When I was young I got a lot of earaches, so many that I didn't hear right and needed speech.
