they are available throughout the day.  there is really no set time for new ones to appear.  i check in the moring and then again in the afternoon around 3 or 4.

Like moon29 said, just check throughout the day. Especially the FC surveys and globaltestmarket.

I find new surveys all the time. Many times more than I can try to do. Right now I have a list and not enough time to work through them.

so are you a part - time survey taker??  I would just like to take a survey and be qualified for it!!! I can't seem to get pass the first part of the survey.

I had that same problem for a long time till I went back thru and verified my demographic information.  I hadnt been including all of the income my household had made, which put us in a lower bracket, that lower bracket DQ'd me from a lot of surveys.

I know it can be frustrating.  I get discouraged and dont want to try them.  But I really wonder if the key is staying on top of them daily so you can be among the first ones to try a survey when it comes out vs all the demos being filled up except a few rarities. I Might have to really "try" to focus on them for a bit even if it seems unsuccessful.

They are available throughout the day. Just keep checking back everyday since you never know if a new survey is available to you. I get surveys almost everyday now. There are some days I do not get a survey invite, especially on Sundays.
