haveing a bad day

it seems every thing i do today turns out wrong i hate these kind of days hopefully now that i am home it will stop

When i have a bad day i always put on travis tritt it's a great day to be alive.. and it always puts me in better spirts no matter how bad my day is.. I'm sorry your having a bad day tho.. Hopefully it get's better..YOu know what they say about bad day's don't you? It can only get better

sorry yes I hate those days too, I watch something funny on tv, eat a favorite comfort food, or listen to music that makes me jump and jive

Or call a friend, family member, one who listens

when that happens to me I try to find something positive to focus on, even the tiniest thing usually helps.
