i was scared too. i kept trying to get on the site and i couldn't find it. i thought that fc might have disappeared and taken my hard earned money with them!!! I wonder if they would compensate us for the missed paid to click???

They can't compensate you for something you didn't earn. The reason why they pay you ANYTHING on this site is because they get paid for your actions as well. The difference is they pay for the insurance, the organization, the convenience, the community, and the processing. Maybe they'll have a fund we can donate to, to get a better server.
