surveys on any site

I have been coming across this problem with surveys.You dont qualify for the one survey they restart you up with a different survey only you cant access part of it. You cannot enlarge it, use tab I see add your zipcode or something like that I cannot add my zipcode. I cannot go any further. This is really irritating
