You've posted this same question a lot on the forums. Have you looked at any of the responses provided? People are trying to help you, but they also aren't sure what you are referring to.

I suggest clicking "Unread Replies" in the top green forum bar and read through some of the advice other members have provided.

Since you are using an Apple computer, things are a little different for you. Maybe someone who uses that OS can help. Maybe a support ticket is needed.
