Superbowl Spectators

I live in a small town and last night I walked into a restaurant to read a sign that said:

We'll be closing at 3 PM on Sunday for our annual employee meeting.

I thought it was interesting that a business would close so the owners and employees could have a Superbowl party with each other.

How large is the Superbowl in your world?  What kind of spectator are you? 

Is it a big party with food, alcohol and yelling at the TV screen?

I'm thinking I'll probably take a nice Sunday nap, instead.  I can hear about the commercials later.
