I have a really hard time being on time. For those of you who are always on time... how do you do it??

Leave 10 minutes earlier than you think you need to.

Start earlier on everything you do and you'll be on time.

I know how long it takes me to get ready.....if it takes me 15 min. in that bathroom, 5 to eat, 5 to get the coat, boots, and stuff together, then I need 25 min.  I get up 30 before I have to go.

It's a personal preference, I don't like to be late. I don't like waiting on someone who is late.  It is about respect for others people's time.

If you're early, you're on time.
If you're on time...you're late.

This is one of the best quotes of all time!! Something I was not taught but I once heard it I promised myself to make sure my children lived by it!!!

I always make sure that I give myself enough time to get to where I'm going before the time I'm to arrive. I hate waiting for people so I make sure that people don't have to wait for me.

I wish I could praise my efforts in always being on time.  Sometimes I just downright overload myself.  If I'm off for an appointment for myself or my husband than I'm on time if not early 99% of the time.  Throw my older kids into the mix and I'm on time 80-85% of the time.  Getting my youngest in tow  - ugh... I need to change my leave time 10 min. early just in hopes that I won't be late.  I'm working on that one though.

I always get up early.  I even get to work 1 hour before I clock in.  I have always had the fear of being late.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

I totally agree.  I use to work with a girl who was always late.  ALWAYS.  She was late for work every day.
I and a friend were suppose to meet her in a parking lot to follow her to another friends house for a get together. She was more than 20 minutes late.  I was leaving the parking lot when she finally showed up.  She got all mad and does the fake crying thing because I was upset because she was late and was leaving to go back home.  She doesn't care about anybody but herself.  She doesn't care that other people have to wait 30 minutes on her to bother showing up.  That tells me that she doesn't give a hoot one way or the other about me or my time so I don't do much with her.  I don't have the time to waste waiting on her to see if she is going to show up or not.

Start earlier on everything you do and you'll be on time.

But what about Gandalf the Grey's wisdom: "A wizard is NEVER late. Nor is he early. He arrives everywhere precisely when he means to"?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------That's what a Pharisee might say today. You now have the chance to respond as my mentor Jesus-of-Joseph would, and I pray that you will!
