Fullerton Homeless man beaten. I am sad how he looked in his hospital bed. For officers to be found not guilty is appalling. The video shown does not show of the beating and one may wonder how did he get this way of how he looked in his hospital bed then died of his wounds.

Violence of any type is so senseless...whether it is physical or mental abuse.  I don't think that the boundaries should be drawn with homelessness or the color of one's skin.  Why can't we all just get along and try to be more tolerant of one another? Everyone has value of one sort or another and nobody is better than another.Some of us may work harder at one thing or another but that usually ends up leaving us deficient in another avenue of life.  I think that everyone should take a deep breath, count to ten if necessary, and make it their goal to be more tolerant of their neighbor and strangers. Make that effort to be nice and smile at every opportunity presented.

That is so sad.  It is a part of life that the police feel justified in doing something like that, and the fact that they were found not guilty goes to show them that it doesn't matter what they do, they will not face punishment for it.  I don't feel it is right, but the legal system in the United States stinks.
