Lord Jesus, Behavioral Ninja
« on: January 09, 2014, 11:59:08 am »
Jesus said, "If you love me, you will keep my commandments." But He used these people's non-love (disobedience) to become famous, yeah?

Granted, the people WERE blabbering on something very cool that He did. They would've passed-on the news even if Jesus had said nothing (or would they have? ... "somethin` that'll bake your noodle later ..."), it's just that Jesus was very-attached to the force which made the miracles possible.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------That's what a Pharisee might say today. You now have the chance to respond as my mentor Jesus-of-Joseph would, and I pray that you will!

Jesus typically told people not to spread His fame for practical reasons. Not only would it result in huge mobs trying to see Him,but the cured folks were in danger of being harassed by the Pharisees like the blind man in John 9
