Mine too! I actually was telling myself my NY resolution was going to be buying a place, but I actually bought a small condo this month so I can mark that off my list. But now I share your resolution as I have to watch my finances more since I've never paid this much for a place before. I wish you the best in your endeavor!

I find that I never follow through with resolutions, so I'm not doing it anymore.  I just follow small monthly goals throughout the year which is much more manageable.
