Some of the tasks imply .50 a task, but I was paid only .01 ... ? Granted they are very simple, but I would thing I would be paid what they advertised.

If you look on the right side of the tasks page towards the bottom, there is a note which states: "Tasks listed with a reward of "0.50 cents" are worth ½ of a cent, not 50 cents. They are credited in groups of 2 or more." You will know if a task is worth 50 cents because it will say 50 cents, not 0.50 cents.

Yep, sorry about your confusion, but it does say that right on that menu page.  They are only a half a cent because they are normally very quick and easy.  But good luck to you and keep up the good work.

There was a lot of confusion on this issue before it was actually clarified on the tasks page, so don't feel bad. One nice thing is that most of the 1/2 cent tasks usually credit you 1 cent.

its an easy mistake to make but at least now you know and you were credited

I have not tried these tasks yet. Thank you for the heads up.
