You can start surveys and not qualify most of the time. You won't get paid for incomplete surveys. Also, some surveys take a couple of days to credit.

You also want to make sure that if you complete a survey, that you leave the page open for at least 10 minutes. Don't close it right away. What I do is check my account first to make sure the credit is there, and when it is, I then close out the survey page. Also, make sure you're not rushing through the survey and make sure you answer honestly. Every now and then, you may complete a survey, leave the page open for 10 minutes or more, and still don't see the credit in your account. My suggestion would be to just move on to another one. More times than not, you will be credited as long as you do everything correctly.

Before you start your first survey for a given survey site, clear your cookies and temporary files.

If you fail to qualify for a particular survey of a given survey site, they will generally redirect you to another survey that they have (you don't have to clear your cookies/temps if you continue to work surveys for a given survey site).  There are times when I have DQ'ed on more than 5 surveys before I get one that I could work through to the end.

As mentioned above, when you do complete a survey, it is very important to leave the Congratulations or Thank you page open for at least 10 minutes (or until you see the credit in your account).  Internet processing is rarely instantaneous nor perfect.

I usually go on and do something else that doesn't require me to clear my cookies and temps, while I wait.
